ABOUT THE BOTANICALE PALE ALE

This pale ale recipe was part of a competition we ran in September 2018 and we had over 250 entries to name it.  After a careful selection process, Botanicale was the name chosen to feature in our permanent recipe kit line up.  It uses a combination of Ekuanot – a new world hop that is known for aromas of melon, berry and tropical fruits, and Chinook for a balanced bitterness.

We have kept the malt profile the same as the Pond Ripple Pale Ale so that you can compare the two pale ales side by side and taste how hops can impact the overall characteristics of your finished home brew beer.

    I bought this with the demijohn, easy to follow instructions and everything is packed well. I racked into the growler today and smells awesome. I also tasted it and you can almost drink it without carbonation it’s that good but will wait a few weeks 😀
    I don’t suppose I can get the recipe for a full batch 20-23 litre?

    Highly recommend small batch brew, they obviously take pride in their products as everything is presented well and of high quality, thanks again.
